Gary Paccagnini

Gary began trading equities and options in 1981 and brings more than four decades of experience in the financial markets. After earning a degree in Education from Montclair State University, he built a 27-year career as a Specialist floor trader on the New York Stock Exchange with Goldman Sachs. In that role, Gary trained and managed teams of assistant traders, developing deep expertise in market structure, order flow, and how changing market conditions influence price behavior.

Gary’s background fostered a disciplined, analytical approach to trading, with a strong emphasis on identifying trends, patterns, and high-probability opportunities through technical analysis. He believes historical price action provides valuable insight when evaluating future market movement. As a coach, Gary focuses on helping traders understand risk and reward, manage volatility, and avoid common pitfalls that hinder consistency. His teaching style is structured, patient, and grounded in real-world market experience, helping traders build confidence and a repeatable approach to decision-making.

Scott Beck

Scott Beck has been active in the financial markets for more than two decades, beginning his career in 1999 on the trading desk of one of the nation’s largest online brokerage firms. As a Series 7 and 63 registered representative, Scott developed a deep understanding of market mechanics, trade execution, and risk from an operational and real-world perspective. That same year, he began trading his own accounts, launching a lifelong commitment to mastering the markets.

Since leaving the brokerage industry, Scott has dedicated his career to trading education and coaching. He has worked with thousands of students across stocks, options, futures, helping traders build disciplined, repeatable approaches to the markets. Scott believes long-term trading success rests on three core pillars: a well-defined trading plan, effective money management, and strong trading psychology.

Scott holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation and brings a structured, thoughtful approach to technical analysis and trader development.

Glenn Sirott

 Glenn’s trading journey began more than 20 years ago with stocks and options, supported by formal studies in Accounting and Finance at Rider College. From the start, he focused on understanding market structure, probability, and risk—developing a clear distinction between speculation and disciplined trading.

In 2015, Glenn began trading stocks and options live in real time online, sharing his analysis and executions through educational videos that helped over 200,000 traders. As a coach, Glenn emphasizes foundational trading skills, technical analysis, high-probability setups, risk management, and well-prepared trade plans. He is particularly focused on helping traders build strong routines and decision-making habits that support long-term consistency.

Glenn has coached traders from around the world, working with individuals at all experience levels. While each trader’s goals and circumstances may differ, Glenn is known for his deep love of trading and teaching. He is committed to helping traders reach their full potential.

Sam Sonntag

Sam Sonntag began trading the markets in 1998. Over the last 18 years he has gained valuable experience trading many products in his own accounts and those he has managed for others. Weather trading stocks, options, futures or forex Sam believes anyone can manage their own money by mastering a few basic trading principles and by putting in the time to learn.

Sam has been a personal investment coach for nearly 12 years and has taught live and online events to thousands of traders throughout the country. Sam has a passion for helping new and struggling traders on a one-on-one basis to develop an approach to the markets that is consistent and repeatable with a strong focus on trading psychology, risk management and trading routines.

Sam’s trading approach is heavily rooted in technical analysis. He earned his Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation in 2009. The CMT designation is awarded to those who pass three levels of testing to show competence in the field of technical analysis. Sam focuses his trading in stocks, options and futures.
